**Dr. S S Dadwal Senior Lecturer in Strategy | Course Leader, BA (Hons) IBM Top-Up** **London South Bank University, UK** Dr. Dadwal is a globally recognised academic, author, and consultant with over 25 years’ experience in academic leadership, research, and curriculum innovation. At LSBU, he leads strategy teaching, academic development, and SDG-aligned curriculum design. He has held senior roles across UK institutions and advises universities in the UK, India, Nepal, and the Arab region on quality enhancement and policy. A Senior Fellow of the HEA, he has authored 20+ academic books and is a frequent keynote speaker. His areas of expertise include strategic management, responsible marketing, SMEs, and innovation with a global and interdisciplinary outlook.
Dr Harry Radzuan is a Lecturer in Project Management at London South Bank University (LSBU). With an interdisciplinary background including engineering, management, urban planning and environmental management, he has a wide experience in higher education, consultancy and technology business. At LSBU, he leads various project management modules and designed APM-accredited modules that focus on sustainability. His main research interests are at the intersection of energy generation and utilisation, energy poverty, transportation and energy, energy poverty, decarbonisation strategies and SMEs involvement in achieving SDGs. He has thus far conducted research at local, national and international levels with projects involving the Wigan Council, Transport for the North, Transport for Greater Manchester, Natural England and European Commission.
Dr Hongyi Yang is a Lecturer in International Business at London South Bank University (LSBU) Business School, where she teaches Research Methods, Leadership, Strategy and Change, and the LSBU Discovery Project. Her research explores SME internationalisation, entrepreneurship, innovation, and digital technology, with recent work focusing on AI firms and digital capabilities in global strategy.
She previously held academic roles at Yunnan University of Finance and Economics and Brunel University London, contributing to teaching, research, and international conferences.
Beyond academia, Dr Yang has worked in consultancy and market research, including roles at Ernst & Young, Bloom VC, and Kantar Millward Brown. She brings a global, cross-cultural outlook to her work in international business strategy and entrepreneurship.
